LOCOFFEE beans that you hold in your hands are the effect of cooperation of pro cyclist Tomasz Marczyński and Warsaw-based COFFEE PLANT roastery.Where did the cooperation idea come from? Coffee takes a huge part in Tomasz’s life. He is an enthusiast of sweet espresso, brewed in an Italian machine at his home in Spain. He looks for unique flavors and aromas in coffee. Our ambition was to create a product that would meet his expectations: freshly roasted specialty beans, selected and sourced from sustainable farms and packed into bags that will allow the beans to stay fresh. That was the part we took completely serious. Everything else about Locoffee is totally relaxed. Coffee is supposed to wake you up, but it is also supposed to be a pleasant sensory experience. The Red Bourbon from natural processing which you can find in this bag is a blend of the sweetness of chocolate, plum and red fruit. In the sensory profile, in addition to red fruit, you can also sense notes of melon. It is a unique, very sweet coffee with a delicate, fruity acidity in the aftertaste. So keep it LOCO, brew it your way and add milk if you like. Drink our coffee the way you like it best.

Burundi Nemba is a variety of Red Bourbon beans from 3,113 small farmers. The ones that you will find in our package come from dry processing (natural). That means that after harvesting, sorting and separating the defective cherries, they were dried in the sun to obtain the required humidity. As a result, the coffee is very sweet with a slight fruity acidity. The taste includes notes of chocolate, plum and red fruit. There is also a sweet melon in the aroma.
