order from 300 zl - cost 0 zł
order from 300 zl cash on delivery - cost 0 zl

- Personal collection in RASO
always 0 zl - regardless of the value of the order

- Shiping to the European Union - DPD Delivery
The cost of delivery depends on the choice of the country of delivery. You can find the information about the cost in the basket

At what time do you deliver the shipment? 
Couriers deliver parcels on business days, usually between 8.00 and 18.00. Everything depends on the place of delivery, weather conditions and the delivery supplier.

Does the courier call before delivering the parcel?
In most cases, couriers call recipients of parcels, but we can not guarantee it - couriers are no obligated to do it.

What if the courier parcel is delaying?
The easiest way to contact a courier company and enter the shipment number. You can also call our customer service office (+48 518 433 820) or use the option of shipment tracking that you may find on our website. 

ATTENTION! Please check the parcel before you pick it up. In case of any damage during transport, please fill out the damage report with Courier and contact our Customer Service Office.
