Have you ordered something and it turned out to be wrong? You can return this item (without giving a reason) within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to do it?

It’s easier than you think. We have prepared a special return system, which will lead you through the whole process of returning items. It is quick and easy to use and takes just a couple of minutes to complete.

Return of items: Step by Step

  • Use the client panel to return the product.

    Log into your account and choose “Return product”, or click on the icon at the bottom which links directly to the return form.

  • Pick the item that you wish to return

    Select the item that you want to return. It can be an entire order or a selected individual item. Remember that all items must have the original label attached, and should not be used.

  • Choose the method of return

    It is your decision as to how you return the product. You can send the product directly to us, or you can use the return service offered by our store.

  • Refund options

    Your refund will be credited within 14 days after we have received the item(s). After you receive your refund, we will send e-mail confirmation, while the refund will be made to the account used for the original payment. You can also choose to receive a refund to your website account, which will be credited with the total amount of the refund. This credit can be used for any future order on our website.

  • Confirm the return of item(s) and send them to us.

    Please check to make sure that all the data stored is correct. If it is, please print the return notification, sign it and place it in the return package along with the item(s) to be returned.

If you have chosen to return the item through the InPost service, please also print the label, and carefully follow the instructions given on the label.
