Raso Coffee (Brazil Lua Roxa) is a carefully selected blend of Bourbon and Mundo Nuovo varieties, originating from the Cerrado region in the state of Minas Gerais, renowned for its excellent coffee growing conditions. The beans have undergone a natural (dry) processing method, allowing the full expression of their natural flavor qualities.
With its darker roast profile, this coffee is ideally suited for automatic espresso machines and as a base for milk-based coffee beverages. Its flavor is dominated by notes of vanilla, nut, and white chocolate. The overall profile is characterized by intense sweetness and a lack of acidity, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy harmonious and mellow flavors.
